Transfers and Assignments. The Consultant shall not transfer or assign any of its rights hereunder (except for transfers that result from the merger or consolidation of the Consultant with a third party) or (except as otherwise authorized in this Agreement or in an Addendum hereto) subcontract any of its obligations hereunder to third parties without the prior written approval of the Owner.
