Transiting Traffic. 38.8.1 The exchange of transiting traffic is defined in Section 37.5.2.
Transiting Traffic. The following applies to all scenarios with transiting traffic.
Transiting Traffic. Tandem switch compensation is applicable for all traffic transiting the Tandem switch, which originates from or terminates to a third party. For purpose of billing compensation for Tandem switch traffic, all minutes will be based upon actual usage recorded.
Transiting Traffic. 7.1 Local EAS traffic which originates on one of the Parties networks and which is passed to the other Party, transits the other Party’s facilities and does not terminate to an End User belonging to that Party, is classified as “Transiting Traffic” under this Agreement and will be subject to the transiting rate compensation as discussed below. Traffic must be considered and recognized as a Local EAS service offering, as described above, by both the originating and terminating companies to be eligible for Local EAS Transit rates. Transiting traffic will include, but not be limited to, traffic originating on a Party’s network which transits the other Party’s facilities and is delivered to a third party such as a Wireless Service Provider (WSP) or another Local Exchange Carrier.
Transiting Traffic. 3.1. AT&T shall pay to GTE a Transiting Service Charge for the use of its Tandem Switching as described in Annex 1 to this Appendix 4.
Transiting Traffic. 6.1 MH Telecom agrees not to send transit traffic through AMERITECH WISCONSIN’s network. All MH Telecom originating traffic previously transited through AMERITECH WISCONSIN’s network prior to the execution of this Agreement shall be removed from AMERITECH WISCONSIN’s network on or before October 2, 2002.
Transiting Traffic. Transit Traffic compensation is applicable for all traffic Transiting the Iron River Tandem switch and terminating to a third party network. ACC shall be responsible for the Transit Traffic Charges pursuant to Appendix B for ACC originated traffic transited by Chequamegon Communications Cooperative, Inc. to a third party network. For purpose of billing compensation for Transit Traffic, all minutes will be based upon actual usage recorded.
Transiting Traffic. 2.1.2.3 Traffic which neither originates nor terminates on Powertel’s network
Transiting Traffic. 5.3.1 Verizon Wireless is responsible for Transiting Traffic Charges, as provided in Appendix B Section III, for all Verizon Wireless End User traffic transiting the AMERY Tandem Switch and originated by or terminated to the third party network listed on Appendix C excluding traffic handed off to an IXC. For purpose of billing compensation for such Transiting Traffic, all minutes will be based upon actual usage recorded.
