TRANSITIONAL INQUIRIES. For a reasonable period of time following the date of termination, but in no event less than three months, Executive agrees to be available to the Company to answer telephone inquiries related to the transition of Executive’s duties without payment of additional compensation. Executive’s obligations pursuant to this Section 4 are a material inducement to the Company’s entering into this Agreement with Executive.
