Common use of Transmission Demand Charges Clause in Contracts

Transmission Demand Charges. During the Term, SCE shall be responsible for all Transmission Demand Charges assessed or incurred pursuant to each Point-to-Point Agreement during the Assignment Period for each such Point-to-Point Agreement.

Transmission Demand Charges. During the Term, SCE shall be responsible only for all those Transmission Demand Charges assessed or incurred pursuant to each a Point-to-Point Agreement during that portion of the Assignment Startup Period for each during which SCE is obligated to purchase Product from Seller and SCE is the assignee of such Point-to-Point Agreement.
