Transmission Demand Charges. SCE shall be responsible only for those Transmission Demand Charges assessed or incurred pursuant to a Point-to-Point Agreement during that portion of the Startup Period during which SCE is obligated to purchase Product from Seller and SCE is the assignee of such Point-to-Point Agreement.
