Transmission Facilities Agreements. Existing TFAs containing no provisions for transmission service require no modifications. These agreements are listed in Attachment L, Table 2. TFAs are listed in Attachment L, Table 1A, where the “Treatment” column is denoted as “Facility Agmt - MWA.” These TFAs will remain in effect in accordance with their terms and conditions, including any provision governing modification or termination.
