Transmission Services. Producer shall be responsible for arranging for any transmission services required under the terms of the Interconnecting Utility’s duly approved transmission tariff, if any, including executing applications for transmission service and transmission service agreements, provided however, that by virtue of participation in the Standard Offer Program, Producer will not be charged for any transmission costs, which will be billed by Facilitator to the Vermont Distribution Utilities participating in the Standard Offer Program.
Transmission Services. 5.2.1 Planet Payment will transmit Outgoing Files under the proper ICA and/or BIN to the respective Card Associations before the next daily cut off time for each Card Association respectively in accordance with the Timing Chart attached hereto (“Timing Chart”). The Outgoing Files will include the clearing of all Transactions authorized through Planet Payment host under the proper ICA and/or BIN prior to the agreed daily Transaction cut-off time, as well as manual inputs (manual sales drafts, manual reversals, manual refunds, manual credit/debit adjustments etc), charge back re-presentments etc. received by Planet Payment prior to the agreed daily Transaction cut off time. 5.2.2 Planet Payment will receive Incoming Files from the respective Cards Associations for the previous days Outgoing File and upload into Planet Payment systems in accordance with the Timing Chart. 5.2.3 Planet Payment transmission services as set forth in section 5.2 will meet or exceed [*] of the timeline expectations as specified in 5.2.1 and 5.2.2. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. 5.2.4 In the event that the transmission services do not conform with the Timing Chart, Planet Payment will reimburse Acquirer any interchange downgrade incremental cost difference incurred as a result of the late submission of the relevant Foreign Transactions.
Transmission Services. The Transmission Services over the FCRTS made available to Customer under this Agreement shall be transmission of power, energy or other energy products for delivery to Customer's Facilities for consumption. The Customer may request additional transmission services including the following: (a) Customer may request POI(s), and associated Transmission Demand(s), at the non-network terminus of the Southern, Northern, or Eastern Interties. (b) Customer may request a POD(s), other than at the location of Customer Facilities, for the purpose of reselling power which cannot be consumed in Customer's Facilities. (c) Customer may request a Total Transmission Demand in excess of that allowed by subsection 4 of this Agreement. (d) Customer may request transmission services other than IR. Requests for service under this Exhibit E and Bonneville's responses thereto shall be subject to the procedures and standards of Exhibit E provided only that requests for Transmission Demand in excess of that allowed by section 4 of this Agreement shall be subject to Bonneville's precedent and policy of providing transmission capacity to its direct service customers in excess of their Contract Demand.
Transmission Services. The Distributor will comply with the provisions relating to Transmission Services as set out in Schedule 2.
Transmission Services. Pursuant to the terms of this Code and of the relevant Transmission Agreements concluded with Transmission Users, the Operator shall provide any User with the following Transmission Services in the most efficient, transparent and direct way, without discriminating between the Transmission Users, according to the principle of equal treatment: a) Off-take by the Operator of Natural Gas quantity from one or more Entry Points, according to the terms of the present Code and of the Transmission Agreements they have concluded. b) Transmission of Natural Gas Quantities through the NNGTS. c) Delivery of Natural Gas quantity by the Operator to one or more Exit Points, according to the terms herein and to those of the Transmission Agreement they have concluded. d) Execution of the required measurements at the metering stations of Entry and Exit Points, according to the provisions of manuals “Regulation on Measurements” and “NNGTS Operation Features”. The Operator may abstain from the performance of his duties vis-à-vis a Transmission User for as long as this Transmission User does not fulfill his obligations, with or without fault, especially his obligation to observe the Natural Gas Quality Specifications and the Natural Gas Delivery Conditions at the Entry Points that he uses, and to duly pay off the integrity of the outstanding debt vis-à-vis the Operator according to the terms of the Transmission Agreement that he has concluded. Comment: this is inconsistent with the Transmission Contract which only absolves the Operator from performing its obligations when the User fails for reasons attributed to the User. For the unimpeded performance of his duties vis-à-vis the Transmission User, the Operator shall observe the international practice of good communication and cooperation with the Operators of the Interconnected Systems and, within this framework, he shall enter into the proper agreements required to ensure network interoperability.
Transmission Services. City Light shall arrange Transmission Service with the Transmission Provider to deliver the Energy to City Light’s points of interconnection with the Transmission Provider. City Light shall be solely responsible for negotiating and maintaining such transmission and delivery agreements during the Term of this Agreement. City Light is responsible for the following two (2) Transmission Service charges: (i) Schedule 1: Scheduling, System Control and Dispatch, and (ii) Schedule 7: Firm Point-to-Point Service. City Light shall arrange for Transmission Services during the Term at its expense and shall be responsible for arranging any OASIS, tagging, transmission scheduling or similar protocols with any transmission providers during the Term. Transmission Services. It is expressly acknowledged by the Parties that neither (i) the termination or expiry of the provisions of Clause 51A, 51B or 51C of this Agreement as in force immediately prior to the coming into effect of this Clause 51A, including the Transmission Services Scheme ("TSS") (as therein defined) andfor any addition to or amendment of any other provision of this Agreement effected pursuant to those Clauses whilst in force nor (ii) the termination or expiry of previous clauses in this Agreement which related to UMIS2 (as was therein defined) shall prejudice any Consumer's (as defined in the Pool Rules) or the Grid Operator's (acting through its agent the Ancillary Services Provider) accrued rights and liabilities under each of UMIS2 and/or TSS at the date of such termination or expiry which accrued rights shall include, for the avoidance of doubt, the ability to adjust sums calculated under UMIS2 and/or TSS in respect of disputes arising after such termination or expiry in respect of periods falling before such termination or expiry. General: 51B.1Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the provisions of this Clause shall govern the rights and obligations of the Parties in relation to the Transmission Services Scheme 2.
Transmission Services. (a) Ameritech will purchase Wholesale Transmission Services from Quest for prepaid phone card calls originating from anywhere within World Zone One other than the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. Quest will, at Ameritech's request and for so long as and to the extent that Ameritech requests, provide Retail Transmission Services for prepaid phone card calls originating from the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. In both instances, calls may terminate anywhere in the United States or internationally. (b) The rates quoted in this Section 6 for both Wholesale Transmission Services and Retail Transmission Services is inclusive of all other Carrier charges associated with such a call, including without limitation facilities preparation, utilization, transport, access charges, and 800 database access charges, but excluding any charges referred to in Sections 1 and 3 above. Quest will, at Ameritech's specific request or from time to time on its own initiative, competitively bid the Carrier community to determine if Quest is able to procure Carrier transport service which meets the requirements of this Agreement at better prices for the parties. Transmission Services. Employees in Transmission Services designated as weekly scheduled will meet with their supervisor no later than the Friday prior to the commencement of a normal Monday to Friday work week to discuss the plan for that week. In the event there is any change to the planned hours of work, such changes will be discussed forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Notwithstanding, it is understood that only CBC Transmission equipment emergencies may result in a change of planned hours including days off with notice prior to the end of the employee’s shift the day before. Other situations such as client equipment failures and contractor scheduling will not be considered an emergency for this purpose.
Transmission Services. As reflected in the Application, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will also enter into separate arrangements with Idaho Power to purchase transmission services from Idaho Power to deliver energy from the Garnet facility to points of integration with other regional transmission systems when Garnet is generating energy to sell to parties other than Idaho Power. These arrangements, the Company states, are made under Idaho Power’s Open Access Transmission Tariff and are implemented over Idaho Power’s OASIS website.
