Transportation Costs. The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.

Transportation Costs. The reasonable cost of transportation of equipment, materials and supplies within India and from outside India to India necessary for the conduct of Petroleum Operations under the Contract, including directly related costs such as unloading charges, dock fees and inland and ocean freight charges.
Transportation Costs. For covered products, Xxxxx will pay freight only to return product to end user and will ship via same method by which end user shipped covered product to Xxxxx. However if Xxxxx determines in the exercise of its reasonable but sole discretion that the product or part returned for warranty service is not defective, or does not otherwise qualify for warranty service, end user shall be liable for all costs of handling and transportation. Transportation Costs. Pursuant to Section 6(b), below, Tesla pays transportation charges directly to certain common carriers designated by Tesla.
