Transportation Costs. The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.
Transportation Costs. The reasonable cost of transportation of equipment, materials and supplies within India and from outside India to India necessary for the conduct of Petroleum Operations under the Contract, including directly related costs such as unloading charges, dock fees and inland and ocean freight charges.

Shipping by any method other than by such method approved by Xxxxx or shipping paid for by Company will not be paid for by Xxxxx. Standard ground shipping methods will be used in all cases.
Transportation Costs. Pursuant to Section 6(b), below, Tesla pays transportation charges directly to certain common carriers designated by Tesla. For those Items where Tesla pays such charges, pricing in a quotation or invoice or as set forth in Attachment 1 shall not include any transportation costs. For all other Items, all costs for shipping, import/export fees, customs, and other transportation expenses shall be separately identified and itemized by Supplier in each quotation or invoice or on Attachment 1.

OTSO will reimburse a maximum of five percent of direct labor costs (saturation patrol and checkpoint hours for both the lead and participating agencies) for the agency to put towards fuel/transportation costs. Do not include coordination or education costs in the labor costs. Mileage logs, receipts, etc. are not required to be submitted with reimbursement claims, but must be maintained by the agency for auditing purposes.

Transportation Costs. 46.01 The Co-operative shall provide and pay for all forms of transportation that are to be used by employees who are required to perform work for the Co-operative that is away from the Co-operative’s Xxxxxxx premises.
Transportation Costs. 36.01 The Employer agrees that it will, where required by legislation and where requested by the employee, provide transportation between the workplace and the employee's place of residence in the City of Winnipeg but only prior to any shift where the shift begins between 12:00 o'clock midnight and 6:00 a.m. and only after any shift where the shift ends during the foregoing hours.
36.02 No employee shall use their own vehicle when performing work for the Employer.
