Transportation Director. The Transportation Director shall be an employee of Branchburg and shall generally assist the Transportation Supervisor consistent with this Agreement and perform the duties outlined in the job description for that position. Transportation Director. During the term of this Contract and any subsequent extension of this Contract, the Contractor shall employ a full-time employee serving as Transportation Director, who shall perform all of the duties set forth in the job description attached hereto as Exhibit 1, in order to facilitate an appropriate and accountable collaboration regarding transportation arrangements between the parties.
