Transportation Equipment Sample Clauses

The Transportation Equipment clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use, provision, or maintenance of vehicles, machinery, or other equipment used for transporting goods or personnel under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment, outlines standards for maintenance and operation, and may address liability for damage or loss. By clearly allocating responsibilities and expectations regarding transportation equipment, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures smooth logistical operations throughout the contract.
