TRANSPORTATION SPECIAL PROVISIONS. 9.1 Recognizing that personnel in the Transportation unit present special shift problems, the parties agree that shifts shall be established in that unit in relation to routes and driving times requisite to fulfilling tasks assigned by the Transportation Supervisor. 9.2 The driving time for each entire route or combination of runs is determined by the Supervisor of Transportation and is figured to the nearest quarter (1/4) hour.
