TRASH COLLECTION. The contractor is to provide trash collection services if the construction activities prohibit regular collection services. This item shall be incidental and the contractor will not receive any direct payment for this item.
TRASH COLLECTION. Garbage and recycling collection are provided by the City of Easton, and it is the residents' responsibility to deposit garbage and recycling into the appropriate location at the designated time and day for garbage collection. The College will supply at least one exterior garbage can and recycling bin. Students will be charged for any garbage clean-up facilitated by the Facilities Operations Department and will be subject to disciplinary action for excessive or repeated occurrences of failing to place curbside their garbage or recycling on the designated day. Trash at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx is contracted through private trash removal. A schedule of trash and recycling pick-up is provided at the time of occupancy.
TRASH COLLECTION. Lessee shall arrange and pay for the removal of all trash generated by Lessee at the Demised Premises.
TRASH COLLECTION. Tenant covenants and agrees to (i) comply with applicable law regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of garbage, waste products, trash and other refuse at the Building (collectively, “trash”) and (ii) to sort and separate its trash into separate recycling containers as required by law, or furnished by Landlord and located in the Premises pursuant to Landlord’s recycling policy for the Building. Landlord reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept from Tenant any trash that is not separated and sorted as required by law, and, in the event of such refusal, to require Tenant to arrange for such collection at Tenant’s cost, utilizing a contractor reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.
TRASH COLLECTION a. The OISF will provide haul-away trash dumpsters for use by APPLICANT. APPLICANT is responsible for removing and disposing of all boxes, packing material, and trash generated in their booth into the dumpsters.
b. The OISF will provide trash receptacles for public use on the Streets. These are not for use by APPLICANT for disposing of trash generated in their booth.
c. APPLICANT must provide trash containers for their use inside their booth and will be responsible for maintenance.
d. APPLICANT is responsible for maintaining their own street, booth, and table at all times.
e. A representative from APPLICANT must be present at closing for sanitation staff to sign off.
f. A $25.00 per bag/box charge will be assessed whenever the OISF must dispose of APPLICANT’S trash.
TRASH COLLECTION. Lessor will enter into a trash removal contract for the Building with a company selected by Lessor. Based upon said trash removal contract, Lessor and Lessee will mutually agree upon the amount Lessee shall pay Lessor monthly, as additional rent, for trash removal. In the event Lessor and Lessee cannot agree upon the amount Lessee will pay Lessor for trash removal, Lessee shall be responsible for making arrangements for trash collection, subject to the approval and regulation by Lessor and Lessee shall pay all trash collection charges.
TRASH COLLECTION. Unless provided by the local municipality, the homeowner’s association shall negotiate with and procure trash pick-up and curbside recycling services from one provider for all of the owners in the subdivision.
TRASH COLLECTION. The Developer acknowledges that the City’s Public Works Department will not collect trash from the front of residential units located on dead-end streets. The Developer shall, therefore, provide for and construct alternate facilities for trash collection on dead-end streets, which may include a common trash dumpster and enclosure for residential units on dead-end streets in a location and configuration acceptable to the City, or a common pad and enclosure where residents can place individual trash containers in a location and configuration acceptable to the City.
TRASH COLLECTION. Lessee shall, at its sole expense, cause all trash and garbage to be removed from the Leased Premises and Improvements on a regular basis, not less than weekly.
TRASH COLLECTION. The Applicant shall provide commercial trash and garbage collection and garbage shall be collected once a week initially, with the option to add a second day.
