TRASH COLLECTION. The contractor is to provide trash collection services if the construction activities prohibit regular collection services. This item shall be incidental and the contractor will not receive any direct payment for this item.

TRASH COLLECTION. Garbage and recycling collection are provided by the City of Easton, and it is the residents' responsibility to deposit garbage and recycling into the appropriate location at the designated time and day for garbage collection. The College will supply at least one exterior garbage can and recycling bin. Students will be charged for any garbage clean-up facilitated by the Facilities Operations Department and will be subject to disciplinary action for excessive or repeated occurrences of failing to place curbside their garbage or recycling on the designated day. Trash at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx is contracted through private trash removal. A schedule of trash and recycling pick-up is provided at the time of occupancy.
TRASH COLLECTION. Lessee shall arrange and pay for the removal of all trash generated by Lessee at the Demised Premises.
TRASH COLLECTION. Tenant covenants and agrees to (i) comply with applicable law regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of garbage, waste products, trash and other refuse at the Building (collectively, “trash”) and (ii) to sort and separate its trash into separate recycling containers as required by law, or furnished by Landlord and located in the Premises pursuant to Landlord’s recycling policy for the Building. Landlord reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept from Tenant any trash that is not separated and sorted as required by law, and, in the event of such refusal, to require Tenant to arrange for such collection at Tenant’s cost, utilizing a contractor reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

TRASH COLLECTION. 3.1.1 There are a total of forty-one (41) trash cans at various locations on the BBWMA — three (3) at the Big Bend Office Compound, one (1) at each of eight (8) check stations (serviced only eight (8) months per year), three (3) at Dallus Creek, ten (10) at Xxxxx’x Cove, seven (7) at Hickory Mound Impoundment, five (5) at the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx on Hickory Mound Unit, one (1) at the Spring Creek boat ramp, two (2) at the Sand Ridge boat ramp, and two (2) at the Sink Creek boat ramp. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will provide trash cans at the sites. Not all trash cans on the BBWMA are identical in structure. Prior to bidding, potential vendors are encouraged to inspect each trash can so that the cost for emptying these different types of receptacles will be included in their bid. 3.1.2 The contractor shall collect and remove from premises all papers, cans, bottles, and other refuse, including but not limited to litter, tires, household garbage, and broken or abandoned objects in trashcans and on the ground within the mowed areas as specified within the lawn maintenance section of this contract. Removal of hazardous materials from the area will be done in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. 3.1.3 The contractor shall empty all trash barrels, transport, and discard refuse in an authorized county waste collection site or landfill.

California has strict laws regarding subleases. Tenants must have a thorough understanding of these laws prior to subleasing their unit in order to avoid preventable penalties. This section details sublease regulations that apply in the state of California. California law requires that tenants obtain written consent from their landlord prior to subletting their unit. Unlike other states, subletting in California is at the discretion of the landlord and is often addressed in the original lease.
