Travel Assistance for arranging hotels, cruises, flight bookings and such other related goods and services;
Travel Assistance. 3.2.3.1. Advance of criminal bail (only in a foreign country)
Travel Assistance. Where, as part of an organisational change, an employee is offered and accepts a role that is based at a different location within the same local area, and there are additional travel costs that result in genuine hardship, consideration will be given to providing travel assistance for a specified period of time.
Travel Assistance. A full-time employee who completes one (1) year of continuous service with Yukon University is entitled to two-thousand seven-hundred and fifty dollars ($2,750) which shall be paid annually on the anniversary of their initial date of hire. Part-time employees and employees who take a leave of absence of one (1) continuous month or more (excluding maternity, parental or adoption leave) shall receive a prorated amount based on actual hours worked. Income tax will not be withheld from this payment unless otherwise requested in writing by the employee.
Travel Assistance. As mentioned above, the means to be used to assist employees with weekend travel will vary. The determination of which means will apply in each case rests with the appropriate Company Officers. The means that may be employed are:
Travel Assistance. If a full-time or part-time employee must travel outside of Iqaluit because of a death or serious illness in the immediate family but does not have sufficient means to buy an airline ticket then the Authority may purchase a ticket for the employee provided a mutually agreeable pay recovery plan is worked out.
Travel Assistance. 55.1 An employee undertaking official travel will be entitled to an allowance in respect of accommodation, meal(s), and incidental expenses. The allowance will generally be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer, prior to the travel, provided the traveller provides at least five working days notice. Expenditure limits are adjusted annually in line with the rates issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and are available in the relevant Finance procedures.
55.2 Where the delegate is satisfied that the accommodation allowance is insufficient to provide accommodation of an appropriate standard the additional amount may be approved by the delegate. This standard is based on a three and a half star quality rating.
55.3 For part-day travel, which does not involve an overnight stay, employees travelling on official business for a period of 10 hours or more will be paid a part-day travel allowance of $57.80. This allowance will be increased annually in July each year in line with the rates issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
55.4 Employees required to travel overseas for official purposes will be entitled to travel ‘business class’ or its equivalent, provided that the duration of the flight (i.e. the actual time actually elapsed from departure at the airport) exceeds four hours.
55.5 Employees are expected to utilise frequent flyer points acquired through APVMA travel to meet the costs of other APVMA related travel. Frequent flyer points accrued in the course of work related travel, is only to be used for work related travel.
Travel Assistance. (1) Workers employed under this Agreement shall be entitled to one return airfare to Perth and return per annum for himself and his dependants.
(2) In addition to the assistance in subclause (1) hereof a worker will be entitled to a return airfare for himself to Perth and return each year.
Travel Assistance. (it is understood that the following benefit is earned on a pro-rated basis, based on actual hours, for other than full time employees):
Travel Assistance. 19.1.1 The Association will meet reasonable travelling or other expenses incurred by employees when travelling on Association business, or purchasing material for the Association, subject to production of receipts for any expenditure incurred. Travel will be administered in accordance with the Associations’ Travel Policy.
