TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. 13.1 Two Wheel Drive travel restrictions for Campervans and Motorhomes also apply. Any revisions to these restrictions may be notified at the time of rental or by email during the rental. 13.3 In the event of an accident or breakdown in an area outlined above it will be Your full financial responsibility to pay any salvage, towing and/or recovery costs to the nearest Apollo branch. 13.4 In the event such a circumstance arises in Clauses 5 or 6, You will be held responsible for all costs and losses even if You have purchased a Liability Reduction Package as all are Substantial Breaches of this Agreement. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. 14.1 If the Vehicle is a two-wheel drive campervans or motorhome, You must, and must ensure that each Authorised Driver does not operate the Vehicle:‌ (a) in the areas listed under the ‘Prohibited’ column in Table A below; and (b) in the areas listed under the ‘Restricted' column in Table A below, unless thl provides prior written consent prior to travel, in which case, clause 14.2 of this Agreement applies.

This may include any imminent storm warning or other potential weather-related threats. (v) can be driven to The Burning Man Festival as long as written permission is obtained from Apollo prior to travel. An additional surcharge of $1000 will apply for rentals picking up from San Francisco and $700 will apply for all other rentals picking up from any other Apollo locations. (b) If the Vehicle is driven in a Remote Area (with or without Apollo's permission), You will be responsible to pay any salvage, towing, impound or recovery costs to transport the Vehicle to the nearest Apollo branch. No replacement vehicle will be provided under any circumstances. (c) Apollo reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas in addition to Remote Areas, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to adverse road or weather conditions.

(b) Four Wheel Drive Vehicles:- (i) May be driven on unsealed roads on the sole condition that the roads driven on have been gazetted. Gazetted roads are roads that appear on official road maps and street directories. (ii) Can be driven to any island (including Tasmania, excluding Fraser Island and Moreton Island) as long as written permission is obtained from Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ prior to travel. When travelling to these areas the conditions of clause 12 (d) apply. (iii) Cannot be driven on Fraser Island, Moreton Island, the Canning Stock Route, The Lost City in Litchfield Park, Gunbarrel Highway, the Old Telegraph Road section of the road to Cape York, Boggy Hole (▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ National Park), the Old South Road from Maryvale to Finkea and the last 2 kilometres of the Lennard River Gorge Road, at any time. Vehicles are NOT permitted to travel to Cape York between the months of December to May. At all other times written permission is required. (c) Certain locations are considered unsafe to travel without taking some important precautions such as determining road and weather conditions, hence travelling to these areas can only be with four wheel drive vehicles and You must obtain the written permission of Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ prior to travel. When travelling to these areas the conditions of clause 12 (d) apply.These Areas include, but are not limited to Any Islands, Tasmania, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Desert, Cape York (North of Daintree River), Oodnadatta Track, Birdsville Track, Tanami Track, ▇▇▇▇ River Road, Kalumburu Road, Warburton Road, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Track, Cape ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Bungle Bungles, the Plenty Highway, ▇▇▇▇▇ Development Road from Chillagoe to Normanton and Savannah Way from Normanton to Borroloola, ▇▇▇▇▇ Road, Central Arnhem Road, Arnnhem Land in general and any other remote area. (d) In the event of an accident or breakdown in an area outlined in clause 12 where this section (d) is mentioned it will be your full financial responsibility to pay any salvage, towing and/or recovery costs to the nearest Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ branch (except where 4WD Camper Bonus Pack Cover has been purchased and applies). TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. JUCY reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the rental period. Underground parking, parking garages, drive-thrus: To prevent overhead damage, JUCY vehicles are not allowed in any parking structures or drive thrus. Death Valley and other desert areas: Vehicles are not allowed to operate in Death Valley and other desert areas during 15 July to 15 September due to extremely high temperatures which can cause system failures. At other times renters visit these areas at their own risk and are thus responsible for all recovery and other charges. During certain periods these areas are not habitable and could pose a danger to the driver and passengers. Mexico: Travel to Mexico is strictly prohibited. Burning Man Festival: Travel to the Burning Man Festival will incur a $700.00 fee. Additional cleaning fees will be applied upon return of the vehicle if there is any sign of desert dust. (Cleaning fee: $500) Travel to Burning Man Festival without prior consent from JUCY, may incur additional fees. Canada: Any Renter who is a Canadian resident may only take the Rental Vehicle to Canada if they are using the Rental Vehicle for non-commercial purposes to transport their personal goods to a specific destination in Canada. A Canadian resident Renter must also return the Rental Vehicle to the USA within 30 days of the Rental Vehicle entering Canada.
