Article 12.02 Employees who are required to use their vehicle for any reason other than personal transportation to and from work, shall receive an additional three dollars and twenty cents ($3.20) per hour effective April 17, 2011, three dollars and sixty cents ($3.60) effective April 17, 2012, and four dollars and ten cents ($4.10) effective April 17, 2013, and four dollars and seventy-five cents ($4.75) effective April 17, 2014 for all hours worked. (When fuel prices reach $1.50 per litre the parties will meet to discuss an appropriate increase to Vehicle Allowance.)

  • TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.

  • Paid Time to Working Time Full-time employees absent on approved leave, paid by the Hospital or by the Workers' Compensation Board, shall for the purposes of computing overtime pay during the work schedule in which the absence occurred, be considered as having worked their regularly scheduled hours during such leave of absence. No pyramiding shall result from the application of this provision. The foregoing shall also apply in cases of short term leaves of absence for Union business approved by the Hospital under the applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement where payment is made to the employee by the Union.

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE (a) In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Xxxxxx

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.
