Treatment of Adjusted ATLS Unit Options and Adjusted ATLS Phantom Units. Each Adjusted ATLS Unit Option and Adjusted ATLS Phantom Unit that is outstanding immediately following the Effective Time shall, as of the Merger Effective Time, be treated as set forth in Section 3.5 of the Merger Agreement.
