Common use of Trial by Jury Clause in Contracts

Trial by Jury. Each of the parties hereto other than the Selling Shareholder (on its behalf and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, on behalf of its stockholders and affiliates) hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Trial by Jury. Each of the parties hereto other than the Selling Shareholder (on its behalf and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, on behalf of its stockholders or partners, as the case may be, and affiliates) hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Trial by Jury. Each of the parties hereto other than the Selling Shareholder hereby (on its behalf and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, on behalf of its stockholders partners, stockholders, members, and affiliates) hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herebythereby.

Each of the parties hereto other than the Selling Shareholder (on its behalf and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, on behalf of its stockholders and affiliates) hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all right to trial by 26 jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Trial by Jury. Each of the parties hereto other than the Selling Shareholder Company (on its own behalf and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, on behalf of its stockholders and affiliates) and the Purchasers hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this New Notes Purchase Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Trial by Jury. Each of the parties hereto other than Company, the Selling Shareholder (on its behalf and, to Agents and the extent permitted by applicable law, on behalf of its stockholders and affiliates) Forward Purchasers hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
