Trial Term. The words "trial term" when used in this Agreement shall mean the trial period of employment of a permanent employee in a permanent position coming within the scope of this Agreement.
Trial Term. 29.01 Where the Employee is awarded a position in a higher classification, they shall serve a three (3) month trial term in that promoted position. During that time, the Employer may return the Employee to their previous position at the same rate of pay they were earning prior to the promotion.
29.02 During the trial period as per Article 29.01, an Employee may choose to return to their previous position at the same rate of pay they were earning prior to the promotion.
29.03 Following the trial period the Employee may request to return to their previous position and if operational requirements permit, the Employer shall allow the Employee to their previous or comparable position at the same rate of pay applicable to the previous position or comparable position at the time they return.
Trial Term. For the first 3 months of the Term (the “Trial Term”), the Company may terminate the employment hereunder for any reason and such termination shall take effect upon the delivery of a Notice of Termination to the Executive. Executive shall be entitled solely to accrued and unpaid Salary through such effective date.
Trial Term. If the Licensed Software is provided on a Trial basis, then the Licensed Software has been provided to Customer by Koverse for a trial period (“the “Trial Period”) and the Term of the Agreement will be for sixty (60) days. Either party may terminate Agreement for any or no reason, upon written notice to the other party at any time during the Trial Period.
Trial Term. Software may be licensed on a trial basis. LICENSEE’s rights to use trial software are limited terms explicitly stated in such cases.
Trial Term. If an applicable [invoice] indicates that certain portions of the Suite Service are on a “Trial” or equivalent basis, then the terms and conditions of this Section 12.3 will apply. The term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and continue for the trial period specified on Suite’s Pricing Webpage located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx (“Trial Term”). Following the Trial Term, provided that Customer adds a Payment Method to Customer’s account prior to the end of the Trial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew and begin the Initial Subscription Term, and continue in accordance with Section 12.1 unless Customer provides written notice of non-renewal prior to the end of the Trial Term. If Customer has not added a Payment Method to Customer’s account prior to the end of the Trial Term, then Customer may elect to continue the Suite Services on a paid basis by adding a Payment Method to Customer’s account within seven (7) days after the Trial Term ends. Once Customer adds a Payment Method to Customer’s account, the Initial Subscription Term will commence and continue in accordance with Section 12.1. If Customer does not elect to continue the Trial Services on a paid basis for any reason, Customer’s access to the Trial Services will cease upon the conclusion of the Trial Term and all Customer Data will be deleted.
Trial Term. This Agreement is concluded for a period of one (1) month from its Commencement Date after which period this Agreement will automatically expire, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this clause 7. Redwood may at its sole discretion extend the Trial Term by an additional month subject to the terms and conditions set forth by this Agreement. If Client wishes to use the RunMyJobs Software as a Service solution after expiry of the Trial Term or in a production environment, Client must purchase the RunMyJobs Software as a Service solution from Redwood under a separate written agreement.
Trial Term. If a Service Plan or SoW includes a trial, unless otherwise indicated on the order form issued by Company, this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for the number of days set forth in the Service Plan, SoW or any order form (“Trial Period”). After the Trial Period, unless otherwise prescribed by Company, the Agreement shall automatically continue at the applicable Subscription Fee, and the Subscription Term in Section 12.2 shall apply, unless You provide Company with written notification indicating You have elected to terminate the Agreement within ten (10) days before the end of the Trial Period.
Trial Term. Netox may make the Service available to the Customer free of charge for a trial period of fourteen (14) days ("Trial Term”). If the Customer does not terminate the Agreement prior to the expiry of the Trial Term, Netox will charge the Customer for the Service in accordance with Section 5.3 upon expiry of the Trial Term.
Trial Term a) A regular employee who is the successful applicant of a posting shall be considered on a trial period for the first (1st) three hundred and thirty (330) hours of work in her new position following her date of appointment.
b) During the trial period, the Employer may return the employee to her former position, or a comparable position which may be available. Such return may be initiated by the Employer or be due to the Employer agreeing to a request to return initiated by the employee.
