True Books. The Borrower will, and will cause its Subsidiaries to, keep proper books of record and account, in which entries will be made of all of its respective dealings and transactions in accordance with and to the extent required by GAAP, and establish on its books such accruals and reserves in amounts deemed adequate in the reasonable opinion of the Borrower, that, in accordance with GAAP, should be set aside in connection with the business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including reserves for depreciation, obsolescence, amortization, third-party insurance payment, and claims and accruals for taxes based on or measured by income on profits, and for all other taxes.
