Trust Filings. The Trust shall amend the Trust's Registration Statement from time to time and maintain its effectiveness as required in order to effect the continuous offering of Trust shares in compliance with applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trust shall register and qualify Trust shares for sale in accordance with the laws of various states if, and to the extent, deemed advisable by the Trust or the Distributor. The Trust shall amend the Trust's 1940 Act Registration Statement as required by the 1940 Act to maintain the Trust's registration under the 1940 Act for as long as Trust shares are outstanding. The Trust shall comply in all material respects with the 1940 Act.
