Trustee Acceptance of Appointment. Each Trustee hereby accepts his or her appointment as such pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and agrees to administer the Trust in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless and until replaced by a successor Trustee as herein provided.
