Common use of Trustee to Construe Trust Clause in Contracts

Trustee to Construe Trust. The Trustee shall have the discretionary authority to construe those provisions of the Plan and Trust which relate to the Trustee and to do all things necessary or convenient to the administration of the Trust, whether or not such powers are specifically set forth in the Plan and Trust. Actions taken in good faith by the Trustee shall be conclusive and binding on all interested parties, and shall be given the maximum possible deference allowed by law.
