Common use of Trustee to Effectuate Subordination Clause in Contracts

Trustee to Effectuate Subordination. Each Holder of Securities by such Holder's acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on such Holder's behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article 16 and appoints the Trustee such Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of Securities by such Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on such Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article 16 XIII and appoints the Trustee such Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Trustee to Effectuate Subordination. Each Holder of Securities Debentures by such Holder's acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on such Holder's behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article Section 16 and appoints the Trustee such Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Trustee to Effectuate Subordination. Each Holder of Securities by such Holder's his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on such Holder's his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as between such Holder and holders of Senior Indebtedness as provided in this Article 16 and appoints the Trustee such Holder's attorney-its attorney- in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Trustee to Effectuate Subordination. Each Holder holder of Securities by such Holder's holder’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on such Holder's holder’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article 16 11 and appoints the Trustee such Holder's holder’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Trustee to Effectuate Subordination. Each Holder of Debt Securities by such Holder's acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on such Holder's behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article 16 XIV and appoints the Trustee such Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of Securities by such Holder's his acceptance thereof of this Indenture authorizes and directs the Trustee on such Holder's his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as between such Holder and holders of Senior Indebtedness as provided in this Article 16 XV and appoints the Trustee such Holder's its attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.
