Trustee to Transmit Annual Report to Securityholders. The Trustee shall transmit to Holders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Trustee shall, within sixty days after May 15 in each year following the date of the initial issuance of Securities under this Indenture deliver to Holders a brief report, dated on or prior to May 15 in each year, which complies with the provisions of such Section 313(a). The Trustee shall also comply with Trust Indenture Act Section 313(b) and shall transmit all reports as required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(c).
