Two upstairs offices accessible by the staircase from the Restaurant are included. The area in front of the reception desk up to the partition and to the single entry/ exit door. This will be a communal area, but the operator will be allowed to operate a type of Coffee Shop operation in line with the consent and approval given by the Rest Camp Manager. This excludes the area directly inside the sliding doors being the entrance to the complex and to the shop. Grassed area to the east and alongside the Restaurant as well as the grassed embankment and lower terrace are for communal/visitor use. SANParks will maintain this terrain. The operator is to be responsible to ensure that this area is kept clean and tidy at all times. Stairs to / from Sharks Den will be kept clean and tidy by the operator. The toilets on the deck are to be serviced by the operator.
