TUITION EXEMPTION. A. The University will continue tuition exemption benefits contingent upon compliance with all existing requirements and conditions including, but not limited to, those which apply to employee eligibility. Effective January 1, 2013 for new hires: There will be a two-semester waiting period (administered as 7 months) for “self” and spouse/same sex domestic partner Tuition Exemption benefits eligibility. This waiting period represents two-semesters of continuous service.
