Common use of Turn Around Time Clause in Contracts

Turn Around Time. ‌ Employees will not be scheduled to work a shift that commences within eleven (11) hours of completing their previous shift. An employee who is scheduled in a manner that contravenes this undertaking shall be paid time and one-half (1½) their regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours which fall within the eleven (11) hour turnaround time.
