Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:
Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

Capital Projects 25.1 All capital projects, whether already underway or beginning during this period, are subject to the Department’s investment appraisal processes. Any capital expenditure that exceeds the BFI’s delegated capital limit must be referred to the DCMS Finance Committee for approval at three stages of development, as set out in guidance issued by the Department. Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects. The provisions must be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto.

Red Hat does not provide Production Support or Development Support for Red Hat Enterprise Developer Suite.
