Type of Operation. Company shall at all times during the term hereof occupy, equip, furnish, operate and maintain a first-class facility on the Premises for the sale of general food and beverage items and shall keep the Premises in a safe, clean, orderly, and attractive condition satisfactory to the Chief Executive Officer and conforming to the South Airport Complex Tenant Design Criteria. Company shall maintain a sufficient number of trained personnel to ensure that customers of Company will receive prompt and courteous service at all times. Company shall offer for sale only items of the highest quality. Any item or service which the Chief Executive Officer deems offensive to the general public shall be promptly and permanently removed by Company from the Premises upon notice from the Chief Executive Officer. Company shall not permit any nuisance, waste or injury to be committed on the Premises.
Type of Operation. Tenant shall maintain and operate the Premises in an orderly, proper, and first-class manner, which does not unreasonably annoy, disturb, or offend others at the Airport considering the nature of such operations.

Company shall maintain and operate the concession privileges granted hereunder in an orderly, proper, and first-class manner, which, in the sole judgement of City, does not annoy, disturb, or offend others at the Airport. Company shall ensure that each customer receives prompt, efficient and courteous service. In conjunction with that requirement, Company shall ensure that the operation has adequate staff to provide such service. Company shall ensure that all locations are adequately staffed during normal peak operating hours and during any special or emergency situation. Company shall conduct its business in the manner described in the Company’s Proposal, incorporated herein by reference.
Type of Operation. Subject to the approval of the Owner, Manager shall select the type of farm operation for the Property such as contract. crop share, livestock share, cash rent. or combination thereof.

Type of Operation. Concessionaire agrees to maintain and operate the coffee shop/cafe in a first-class manner and will keep the premises in a safe, clean, orderly and inviting condition at all times. The coffee shop/cafe is to be operated as a convenience to the library patrons; therefore, all food, drinks, beverages, confections, and other items sold or kept for sale at the coffee shop/cafe will be of high quality. All food and merchandise kept for sale will be subject to inspection by the City. The service will be prompt, sanitary, courteous, and efficient.
Type of Operation. On the basis of the chosen objective / combination of objectives, the country should identify the type of operation(s) to be supported and provide a justification with regard to the expected impacts and targets to be achieved. When defining the type of operation(s), particular attention should be paid to: (1) the specific relevant objectives and needs described in the IPARD programme for the selected areas; (2) particular circumstances and context of agricultural holdings in the selected areas; and (3) the administrative capacity to implement such type of operation(s). Commitments for each type of operation(s) shall be defined clearly and be verifiable (controllable). A special consideration in designing the type of operation(s) shall be given to the relevant objectives and targets of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and the EU Green Deal. Commitments to be respected by the recipients will be developed for each type of operation(s). Commitments are the specific/detailed obligations on the recipients that have to be clearly described in the IPARD programme. They are the main elements that will determine the nature of the operation, its ambition above the baseline and its potential to achieve the set targets and objectives and will influence the premiums' level. Countries will have to ensure that the commitments are clear in terms of objectives and content, have potential to provide the environmental benefits, and are verifiable and controllable. It is necessary to present a clear link between the baseline (relevant national standard/standards) and commitments for each supported type of operation, for example in a format of a table. If the country decides to develop more than one type of operation within the measure, it is important to mention that various types of operation(s) may be combined by the recipient, provided that they are complementary and compatible. Possibilities of such combination shall be described in the programme. However, it is important to note that some combinations might not be possible and, in any case, that double financing resulting from partial overlaps between the commitments must be excluded.

Lessee shall maintain and operate its Leased Premises in the terminal building in a first-class manner and shall keep them in a safe, clean, orderly and inviting condition at all times, satisfactory to Lessor. Customer service shall be prompt, courteous, and efficient.
