Type of Sabbatical. Once every two (2) years, the XXXX will make available at least one (1) sabbatical at half-pay for one (1) XXXX academic year for eligible employees, subject to the conditions set forth below. XXXX may provide sabbaticals that are equivalent to the one (1) year, half-pay sabbatical upon consultation with the UFF Chapter representative.
