Types of Contracts. To the extent that the Trustee is directed by the Committee prior to a Change in Control to invest part or all of the Trust Fund in insurance contracts, the type and amount thereof shall be specified by the Committee. The Trustee shall be under no duty to make inquiry as to the propriety of the type or amount so specified.
Types of Contracts. As applicable, the Board shall provide eligible certificated employees contracts as follows:
1. Ten-month regular;
2. Twelve-month regular; and,
3. One-half time, four sevenths time.
Types of Contracts. Contained within this Agreement are two types of contracts from which compensation is paid:
Types of Contracts. 2.1 CLBC may issue the following types of Contracts:
a. Ongoing Contracts that have no end date for the term and continue until terminated; or
b. Fixed Term Contracts having a specified start and end date for the term.
Types of Contracts. All contracts under this Collective Agreement will be made according to the Ontario Labour Relations Board Certificate dated February 13, 2001 (Appendix A), in one of the following categories:
(a) Indigenous Teacher Education Instructor
(b) Additional Basic Qualifications (ABQ) Course Instructor
(c) Clinical Instructor
(d) Course Facilitator
Types of Contracts. A contract extended to a faculty unit member at a special school institution will be one of the following: term, probationary, or continuing.
Types of Contracts. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board may issue two (2) types of teacher contracts, limited or continuing, both of which shall be in writing.
Types of Contracts. 1. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board may issue two (2) types of teacher contracts, limited or continuing, both of which shall be in writing.
a. No more than three (3) consecutive contracts each being one (1) year in duration.
b. One (1) contract that is two (2) years in duration.
c. One (1) contract that is three (3) years in duration.
d. After completion of a three (3) year contract, each subsequent contract may be five (5) years in duration.
e. If a teacher has completed a full year of teaching with the Ridgedale Schools, and has been employed as a teacher for more than three (3) years in another accredited Ohio school, said teacher may request in writing that he be considered for the multiple contract that applies to his total years' experience. The Board shall then determine the contract to be offered and notify the teacher in writing of the type of contract to be offered and the reasons for this decision on or before the first (1st) day of June. The Board will not have to issue a probationary contract if it decides not to grant the longer contract requested in this situation.
2. Current members of the bargaining unit shall be issued limited contracts (See Appendix G) in accordance with the following procedures; however, multiple year contracts will not be interrupted.
a. A member who has been employed as a teacher for three (3) or four (4) school years may be issued a two (2) year contract.
b. A member who has been employed as a teacher for five (5), six (6), or seven
Types of Contracts. All Part-time and Full-time contracts under this Collective Agreement will be made according to the Ontario Labour Relations Board Certificate dated February 13, 2001 (Appendix A), in one of the following categories:
(a) Part-time Contracts
(i) Aboriginal Teacher Certification Instructor
(ii) ABQ Course Instructor
(iii) Clinical Instructor
(iv) Course Facilitator
(v) Course Instructor (On-campus)
(vi) Course Instructor (Alternative Delivery Mode)
(vii) Course Instructor (Pre-packaged course and restricted to degree credit courses per the Ontario Labour Relations Board Certificate dated
(viii) Native Classroom Assistant Instructor
(ix) Native Special Education Assistant Instructor
(x) Practical Instructor
(xi) Teacher of Anishnaabemwin as a Second Language Instructor
(b) Full-time Contracts
(i) Laboratory Instructor
(ii) Seminar Instructor
(iii) Service Course Instructor
Types of Contracts. 0201 All members employed by the Board, excluding substitute teachers, shall be issued individual written limited, extended limited, or continuing contracts (Appendices T, T-1, T-2). Substitute teachers shall be issued written substitute contracts. Limited, extended limited, and continuing contracts shall be defined and issued as provided in Ohio Revised Code Sections 3319.08 and 3319.11(A)-(F), except that eligibility for continuing contract (service) status shall be as provided in subsection 5.0203, contract status shall be as provided in subsection 5.0202, evaluation procedures shall be as provided in Article 10, reduction in force shall be as provided in Article 11, hearing procedures regarding notices of intention not to re-employ (nonrenewal) shall be as provided in subsection 5.0206, and except as otherwise provided in this agreement.
