Types of cooperation. The parties indicate their willingness to cooperate in the promotion of both educational and research activities. Under this MoU the types of cooperation may include: - Joint research projects and common scientific initiatives, such as seminars, lectures etc..; - Reciprocal exchange of academic and administrative staff; - Exchange of publications, reports and other academic information; - Exchange of students; - Use of research equipment and free access to the facilities of either institution; - Joint academic programmes (e.g. double degree programmes); - Short-term study abroad for students; - Other activities as mutually agreed.

Types of cooperation. There are two types of administrative cooperation: • cooperation effected by the pooling of certain resources, notably staff, in the "joint services" of the two Committees; and • cooperation in certain areas in which the services concerned are autonomous.

Types of cooperation. Both Parties agree that the authorities in charge of nuclear power safety and emergency preparedness and response shall carry out exchanges and cooperation on nuclear power safety as follows: 1. Take turns holding bilateral meetings at least once a year. 2. Promote personnel visits, and hold conferences and other exchange activities. 3. In cases where a significant event or accident occurs at a nuclear power plant, the Parties shall notify each other, exchange information, make inquiries and disclose information to the public. 4. Enhance other types of cooperation to improve on nuclear power safety as agreed upon by both Parties.

Specific activities that the parties desire to undertake require separate written agreements that detail the terms, conditions, and commitment of resources (financial or otherwise) required of each party in connection with the specific activity.

  • Areas of Cooperation 1. To achieve the objectives of cooperation in fisheries within the described principles, cooperation will include fisheries management and conservation issues, vessel management and post harvest arrangements and financial and trade measures and development of fisheries and fisheries products and marine aquaculture. 2. The EC Party will contribute to the mobilisation of the resources for the implementation of the identified areas of cooperation at national and regional levels, which will also include support for regional capacity building. Furthermore, the EC Party contributes to the measures as described in the section concerning financial and trade measures, and on infrastructure development specific for fisheries and marine aquaculture.

  • Access and Cooperation Each Party will, and will cause its Other Indemnified Persons to, cooperate and assist in all reasonable respects regarding such Third Party Claim, including by promptly making available to such other Party (and its legal counsel and other professional advisers with a reasonable need to know) all books and records of such Person relating to such Third Party Claim, subject to reasonable confidentiality precautions.
