This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), Meet-Point Billing (MPB) by GTE to NEN or by NEN to GTE and the transport and termination and billing of Local, IntraLATA Toll, optional EAS traffic and jointly provided Interexchange Carrier (IXC) access between GTE and NEN. The services and facilities described in this Article shall be referred to in this Article V as the "Services."

Subject to Licensee paying the applicable fee for Support hereunder for a particular Component System, Infor shall: (i) provide Licensee with access (via the internet, telephone or other means established by Infor) to Infor’s support helpline (ii) provide when and if generally available updates, enhancements or modifications to the then-current general release version of such Component System that are not separately priced or licensed as new products and (iii) use reasonable efforts to correct or circumvent Documented Defects (the foregoing referred to collectively as “Support”).

Review and Approval Process: The Collin County Health Care Advisory Board, appointed by the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees, will review and rank applications submitted prior to the announced funding selection deadline. The applications with the highest rankings will be forwarded to the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees to make the final determination and appropriation of funding. Available Card services are described in the ATM and Debit Card Agreement. Electronic funds transfers. You may authorize a third party to send or receive electronic fund transfers between your Account and an account of a third party in the United States. These transfers may use the ACH or other payments network. You will need to provide your Bank and Account information to the third party to make these transfers (either over the telephone, the Internet, or through some other method). You should only provide this information to trusted third parties whom you have authorized to initiate these electronic fund transfers. You agree that all ACH transactions are bound by the rules and regulations of the National Automated Clearing House Association and any local clearinghouse used to process these transactions, as they may be amended. Examples of electronic fund transfers include: Preauthorized credits. You may make arrangements for certain direct deposits, such as payroll and benefits payments, to be made to your Account.
