UMBRELLA/BUMBERSHOOT LIABILITY. An Umbrella/Bumbershoot Liability policy shall be purchased with a limit of not less than One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($150,000,000.00) providing excess coverage over all limits and coverages indicated in paragraphs (f), (g), (h), (i)(iii) and (iv) above. The limits can be secured by a combination of Primary and Excess Umbrella/Bumbershoot policies, provided that all layers follow form with the underlying policies indicated in (f), (g), (h) and (i)(iii) and (iv) and are written on an "occurrence" form. This policy shall be endorsed to include the Agent Bank as an additional insured on behalf of the Banks.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Excess/Umbrella Liability Excess/umbrella liability insurance may be included to meet minimum requirements. Umbrella coverage must indicate the existing underlying insurance coverage.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor, Contractor shall provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage, including non-owned and hired automobile liability, in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

  • Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.   • Railroad Protective Liability Insurance with policy limits of not less than « » ($ « » ) per claim and « » ($ « » ) in the aggregate, for Work within fifty (50) feet of railroad property.

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.

  • Umbrella Policies Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.
