Umbrella/Excess Liability. The A/E may employ an umbrella/excess liability policy to achieve the above-required minimum coverage.

Umbrella/Excess Liability. The Consultant may employ an umbrella/excess liability policy to achieve the above-required minimum coverage.
Umbrella/Excess Liability. Bodily Injury/Property Damage $4,000,000 per occurrence/$4,000,000 Aggregate The Umbrella Liability Insurance shall provide excess employer’s liability, commercial general liability, and auto liability coverage.
Umbrella/Excess Liability. Umbrella/Excess Liability insurance with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence combined limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage, that “follows form” and applies in excess of the Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Employer’s Liability, as required above.
Umbrella/Excess Liability. Umbrella / Excess Liability insurance coverage of not less than US $5,000,000 over the employer’s liability, automobile liability, and commercial general liability coverages listed above. Teachers College Columbia University, their affiliates, trustees, officers, agents and employees, volunteers, and representatives must be named as an additional insured. Such insurance shall be primary over other collectible insurance that may apply. The required limits of insurance can be satisfied by any combination of primary and umbrella/excess insurance coverage. If Consultant is delivering a work product:
Umbrella/Excess Liability. In addition to the Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability and Employer’s Liability Insurance policies required hereby, DB Contractor shall maintain at least $25,000,000 of umbrella/excess liability on a following form basis in excess of each of the noted policies.
Umbrella/Excess Liability. An umbrella policy may be used in combination with other policies to provide the required coverage.
