Common use of Unacceptable Use or Conduct Clause in Contracts

Unacceptable Use or Conduct. You will not: (a) violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, or commit a tort while using the Services; (b) use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other Users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner; (c) use the Services to pay for, support, or otherwise engage in any illegal gambling activities, fraud, money-laundering, or terrorist activities, or other illegal activities; (d) use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by Company to access the Services or to extract data; (e) use or attempt to use another User’s account without authorisation; (f) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques Company employs, or attempt to access any service or area of the Services that you are not authorised to access; (g) introduce to the Services any malware, virus, trojan worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material; (h) develop any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent, or unless otherwise agreed; (i) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (j) post content or communications that are, in our sole discretion, libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable; (k) post content containing private information of any third-party including, but not limited to, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers; or (l) encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this Section.

You As a condition to accessing or using the Site or the Ser- vices, you will not: (a1) violate any lawApplicable Law, regulationincluding, without limitation, any relevant and ap- plicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regimes, as any such regime may be amended or enhanced from time to time; (2) infringe on or misappropriate any contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, or commit a tort while using the Site or the Services; (b3) use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other Users users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner; (c4) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques or security measures that GTC employs on the Site, or attempt to access any service or area of the Site or the Services that you are not authorized to access; (5) use the Services to pay for, support, or otherwise engage in any illegal gambling gam- bling activities, fraud, money-laundering, or terrorist activities, or other illegal activities; (d6) use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface inter- face not provided by Company us, to access the Services or to extract data; (e7) use or attempt to use another Useruser’s account GTC Account without authorisationauthorization; (f) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques Company employs, or attempt to access any service or area of the Services that you are not authorised to access; (g) 8) introduce to the Services any malware, virus, trojan wormsTrojan horse, worm, logic bombsbomb, drop-dead de- vice, backdoor, shutdown mechanism or other harmful materialmaterial into the Site or the Services; (h) develop any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent, or unless otherwise agreed; (i9) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (j10) post content or communications on the Site that are, in our sole discretion, libelousxx- xxxxxx, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecentinde- cent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatorydis- criminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise other- wise objectionable; (k11) post content on the Site containing private information unsolicited promotions, political cam- paigning, or commercial messages or any chain messages or user content designed to deceive or trick the user of any third-party includingthe Service; (12) use the Site or the Services from a jurisdiction that we have, but not limited toin our sole discre- tion, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbersor a relevant Governmental Authority has determined is a jurisdiction where the use of the Site or the Services is prohibited; or (l13) encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited prohib- ited under this SectionSection 4.3.

You As a condition to accessing or using the Portal or the Services, you will not: (a) a. violate any lawApplicable Law, regulationincluding, without limitation, any relevant and applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing laws, such as the Bank Secrecy Act, each as may be amended; b. infringe on or misappropriate any contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, or commit a tort while using the Portal or the Services; (b) c. use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other Users users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner; (c) d. attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques or security measures that Multiplier employs on the Portal, or attempt to access any service or area of the Portal or the Services that you are not authorized to access; e. use the Services to pay for, support, or otherwise engage in any illegal gambling activities, fraud, money-money- laundering, or terrorist activities, or other illegal activities; (d) f. use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by Company us, to access the Services or to extract data; (e) use or attempt to use another User’s account without authorisation; (f) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques Company employs, or attempt to access any service or area of the Services that you are not authorised to access; (g) g. introduce to the Services any malware, virus, trojan wormsTrojan horse, worm, logic bombsbomb, drop-dead device, backdoor, shutdown mechanism or other harmful materialmaterial into the Portal or the Services; (h) develop any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent, or unless otherwise agreed; (i) h. provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (j) i. post content or communications on the Portal that are, in our sole discretion, libelouslibellous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable; (k) j. post content on the Portal containing private information unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, or commercial messages or any chain messages or user content designed to deceive or trick the user of any third-party includingthe Service; k. use the Portal or the Services from a jurisdiction that we have, but not limited toin our sole discretion, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbersor a relevant Governmental Authority has determined is a jurisdiction where the use of the Portal or the Services is prohibited; or l. use any software or networking techniques, including use of a Virtual Private Network (lVPN) to circumvent or attempt to circumvent the prohibition on accessing the Portal or the Services from a location described in Section 3.2, or to circumvent the restrictions described in Section 3.6(d). m. encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this SectionSection 3.7.

You As a condition to accessing or using the Site or the Services, you will not: (a1) violate any lawApplicable Law, regulationincluding, without limitation, any relevant and applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regimes, as any such regime may be amended or enhanced from time to time; (2) infringe on or misappropriate any contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, or commit a tort while using the Site or the Services; (b3) use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other Users users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner; (c4) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques or security measures that OGI employs on the Site, or attempt to access any service or area of the Site or the Services that you are not authorized to access; (5) use the Services to pay for, support, or otherwise engage in any illegal gambling activities, fraud, money-laundering, or terrorist activities, or other illegal activities; (d6) use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by Company us, to access the Services or to extract data; (e7) use or attempt to use another Useruser’s account OGI Account without authorisationauthorization; (f) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques Company employs, or attempt to access any service or area of the Services that you are not authorised to access; (g) 8) introduce to the Services any malware, virus, trojan wormsTrojan horse, worm, logic bombsbomb, drop- dead device, backdoor, shutdown mechanism or other harmful materialmaterial into the Site or the Services; (h) develop any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent, or unless otherwise agreed; (i9) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (j10) post content or communications on the Site that are, in our sole discretion, libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable; (k11) post content on the Site containing private information unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, or commercial messages or any chain messages or user content designed to deceive or trick the user of any third-party includingthe Service; (12) use the Site or the Services from a jurisdiction that we have, but not limited toin our sole discretion, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbersor a relevant Governmental Authority has determined is a jurisdiction where the use of the Site or the Services is prohibited; or (l13) encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this SectionSection 4.3.

You As a condition to accessing or using the Portal or the Services, you will not: : (a) violate any lawApplicable Law, regulationincluding, without limitation, any relevant and applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing laws, such as the Bank Secrecy Act, each as may be amended; (b) infringe on or misappropriate any contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, or commit a tort while using the Portal or the Services; ; (bc) use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other Users users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner; ; (cd) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques or security measures that AlgoRai employs on the Portal, or attempt to access any service or area of the Portal or the Services that you are not authorized to access; (e) use the Services to pay for, support, or otherwise engage in any illegal gambling activities, fraud, money-laundering, or terrorist activities, or other illegal activities; ; (df) use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by Company us, to access the Services or to extract data; (e) use or attempt to use another User’s account without authorisation; (f) attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques Company employs, or attempt to access any service or area of the Services that you are not authorised to access; ; (g) introduce to the Services any malware, virus, trojan wormsTrojan horse, worm, logic bombsbomb, drop-dead device, backdoor, shutdown mechanism or other harmful material; material into the Portal or the Services; (h) develop any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent, or unless otherwise agreed; (i) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; ; (ji) post content or communications on the Portal that are, in our sole discretion, libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable; ; (j) post content on the Portal containing unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, or commercial messages or any chain messages or user content designed to deceive or trick the user of the Service; (k) post content containing private information use the Portal or the Services from a jurisdiction that we have, in our sole discretion, or a relevant Governmental Authority has determined is a jurisdiction where the use of any third-party including, but not limited to, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbersthe Portal or the Services is prohibited; or or (l) encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this SectionSection 3.7.
