Unauthorized persons. The Contractor shall keep unauthorized persons from the works at all times. Under no circumstances may any person except guards be allowed to sleep on the building site.
Unauthorized persons. Any person not listed above who stays in the apartment for more than 10 consecutive days, with or without our prior written consent, will be considered an occupant and must be approved by management. Only the resident and those listed in this paragraph shall occupy the apartment, unless we give written permission to allow others to also occupy the apartment. Any occupancy, residency, use or possession by anyone other than those listed in this paragraph without the written permission of the owner shall constitute a material violation of this Lease Contract.
Unauthorized persons. Persons are not allowed beyond the dock gates or Clover Island work areas without authorization from a marina tenant or Port of Kennewick. Swimming: Swimming is prohibited within the marina including in/on/around moorage slips, docks, piers, harbor, or launch. Hazards in- clude risk of Potential Electric Shock.
Unauthorized persons. The Fitness Center is for the exclusive use of Landlord’s tenants and the employees of such tenants (“Tenants”) employed at the Building. Unauthorized persons, including friends, family and minors, are not permitted to use the facilities or equipment. The undersigned’s use of the Fitness Center requires that the undersigned hold full or part time employment at the Building. The permission granted to access and use the Fitness Center shall automatically terminate at such time as User is no longer employed at the Building.
Unauthorized persons. 13.1 Only the tenant, or a person authorised or accompanied by the tenant is allowed on the site.
13.2 The authorised officer or other authorised persons may order any unauthorised person on the site in breach of these rules to leave.
13.3 The tenant is responsible for the behaviour of children and adults visiting the allotment. In an instance where a visitor breaches site rules then the tenant will be held equally responsible.
13.4 Allotments are not suitable for large private gatherings of 12 people or more. The playing of amplified music is forbidden.
13.5 The tenant shall permit access to the Allotment Garden at all reasonable times by any person duly authorised by the Council or its Committees to make an inspection or to carry out works incompliance with these rules.
Unauthorized persons. No unauthorized person shall have the right to interfere with employees during working hours.
Unauthorized persons. The Contractor shall not permit any unauthorized person to have access to the site, shall give its Superintendent of Works and Watchmen strict instructions to that effect, and shall take all such measures as are reasonably necessary to prevent such access.
Unauthorized persons. The Concessionary Company shall take all precautions in order not to allow unauthorized persons to enter the Project Territory. While carrying out a Site Activity during the Construction Periods, the Concessionaire may enclose these areas to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the Project Territory. The Concessionary Company undertakes all precautions to (i) maintain its personnel and equipment within the Project Territory, (ii) commit that each of its Subcontractors takes all the necessary precautions to maintain their personnel and equipment within the Project Territory and (iii) prevent them from accessing adjacent lands unless necessary for the completion of the tasks specified in the Contract.
Unauthorized persons. No unauthorized persons are to be allowed on to any part of the Site and the Contractor shall take steps to prevent this and instruct his Foremen and Watchmen accordingly. The cost for ensuring the same is deemed to be already included in the contractor’s rates.
Unauthorized persons. In the event that Contractor’s staff discovers that any unauthorized person (including but not limited to minors who are not enrolled in the Program and not otherwise entitled to be on District property; unauthorized adults, including parents who are forbidden by court order from accessing students; and any other trespassers) is on District’s property during the operation of the Program, Contractor’s staff shall take immediate action to ensure the safety of all Program students, including, as necessary, seeking assistance from local authorities. Contractor’s staff shall immediately notify the Director of Enrichment and Special Programs or designee at District of the incident and provide a written report of the incident to District within twenty-four (24) hours.
