Unbundled Dedicated Transport. Subject to the caps set forth in Sections 5.3.3.1 and 5.3.3.2, 251(c)
Unbundled Dedicated Transport. Other optional features available to CLEC with unbundled Dedicated Transport e.g., multiplexing, are available at the rates listed in Appendix Pricing.
Unbundled Dedicated Transport. In accordance with Rule 51.319(e)(2), AT&T shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC’s request, with nondiscriminatory access to DS3 Unbundled Dedicated Transport. Once the wire center meets the requirements of Section 4.0 and the wire centers on both ends of the transport route between wire centers are determined to be either Tier 1 or Tier 2 wire centers as defined in Sections 0.1.9 and 0.1.10 of this Attachment, no future DS3 Unbundled Dedicated Transport will be required of AT&T on such routes, except as otherwise set forth in this Attachment.
3.1.5.1 In accordance with Rule 51.319(e)(2), AT&T is not obligated to provision to a CLEC more than twelve unbundled DS3 dedicated transport circuits on each route where DS3 dedicated transport is available on an unbundled basis.
Unbundled Dedicated Transport. 13.3.1 Unbundled Dedicated Transport (UDT) is an interoffice transmission path dedicated to a particular CLEC that provides telecommunications between two Wire Centers or switches owned by SBC-12STATE or between a Wire Center or switch owned by SBC-12STATE and a CLEC owned or provided switch.
Unbundled Dedicated Transport. 11.2.1 Unbundled Dedicated Transport (UDT) is an interoffice transmission path dedicated to SBCT that provides telecommunications (when facilities exist and are technically feasible) between two Wire Centers or switches owned by Verizon or between a Wire Center or switch owned by Verizon and a SBCT owned or provided switch.
11.2.2 Verizon will provide Dedicated Transport as a point to point circuit dedicated to SBCT at the following speeds: DS1 (1.544 Mbps), DS3 (44.736 Mbps), OC3 (155.52 Mbps), and OC12 (622.08 Mbps). Verizon will provide higher speeds to SBCT as they are deployed in the Verizon network. Verizon will provide OCN Dedicated Transport when and where facilities exist.
11.2.3 Unbundled DS1 and DS3 Loops may not be employed by SBCT in combination with transport facilities to replace special access services or facilities, except consistently with the certification and other requirements of Applicable Law.
