Undergrounding of Cable. Grantee is strongly encouraged to locate and construct its present and future cables and other Facilities underground. Grantee shall install its cables or other Facilities underground wherever and at the same time existing utilities in the immediate vicinity are installed underground, where all utilities are placed underground, or where statute or ordinance requires utilities to be placed underground. Previously installed aerial cable shall be undergrounded in concert, and on a reasonable cost•sharing basis, with other utilities pursuant to the general ordinances of the City or applicable state law, or in the event that a telecommunications utility or a public utility decides to underground its facilities on a voluntary basis, unless the City grants an exception.

Undergrounding of Cable. A. Cable shall be installed underground where the existing telephone and electrical utilities are already underground. In the event the Grantor reimburses any utility for undergrounding, Grantee shall be similarly reimbursed.
Undergrounding of Cable. (A) Where all utility lines are installed underground at the time of Cable System construction, or when such lines are subsequently placed underground, all Cable System lines or wiring and equipment shall also be placed underground on a nondiscriminatory basis with other utility lines at no additional expense to the Grantor, to the extent permitted by law and applicable safety codes. Cable must be installed underground where: (1) all existing utility lines are placed underground, (2) statute, ordinance, policy, or other regulation of an individual Grantor or City requires utility lines to be placed underground, or (3) all overhead utility lines are placed underground.
Undergrounding of Cable. (A) Where electric and telephone utility wiring is installed underground at the time of System construction, or when such wiring is subsequently placed underground, all System lines, wiring and equipment shall also be placed underground with other wire line service at no expense to the Grantor. Related System equipment, such as pedestals, must be placed in accordance with applicable code requirements and rules as interpreted by the Grantor’s Director of Public Works. In areas where either electric and telephone utility wiring are aerial, the Grantee may install aerial cable, except when a property owner or resident requests underground installation and agrees to bear the additional cost in excess of aerial installation.
Undergrounding of Cable. (A) When required by applicable ordinances, resolutions, regulations or rules of the City or applicable State or federal law, Grantee's Cable System shall be placed underground at no expense to the City unless otherwise required by applicable law, including, C.R.S. 29-8-101. Placing facilities underground does not preclude the use of ground-mounted appurtenances.
Undergrounding of Cable. Cables must be installed underground at Grantee’s cost where all existing utilities are already underground or all new utilities are being installed underground in the area. Previously installed aerial cable will be installed underground without cost to Grantor in concert with utilities whenever all of those utilities convert from aerial to underground construction. The provisions of Subsection 7.9(g) will apply to any rights of reimbursement that are claimed by Xxxxxxx.
Undergrounding of Cable. Cables must be installed underground at Grantee’s cost where substantially all existing utilities are already underground or all new utilities are being installed underground in the area, in accordance with the Grantor’s or the affected Constituent Jurisdiction’s adopted undergrounding policy. Previously installed aerial cable will be installed underground at Grantee’s pro rata cost in concert with other utilities as those other utilities convert from aerial to underground construction. Grantee shall be treated similarly to electric and telephone utilities with respect to the reimbursement of costs related to the creation of underground utility districts.

However, Grantee may construct aerially where any other telecommunications or electric utility provider remains aerial. Grantee shall install its cables or other Facilities underground wherever and at the same time existing utilities in the immediate vicinity are installed underground, where all utilities are placed underground, or where statute or ordinance requires utilities to be placed underground. Previously installed aerial cable shall be undergrounded in concert, and on a reasonable cost- sharing basis with other utilities pursuant to the general ordinances of the City or applicable State law, or in the event that utility or a public utility decides to underground its facilities on a voluntary basis, and all other utilities go underground unless the City grants an exception.
Undergrounding of Cable. Grantee shall be granted access to any easements granted to a public utility, municipal utility or utility district in any areas annexed by City or new developments.
