Understanding of Terms. 14.1 This agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the County and the Recipient and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. This agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by the Recipient and County or in accordance with the provisions contained in this document.
Understanding of Terms. We have reviewed, either alone or with our independent agent, and understand the matters set forth in this Agreement. We have received all information that we deem necessary or desirable in connection with our decision to enter into this Agreement.
Understanding of Terms. The terms of this Agreement were negotiated in good faith by the parties and reflect a settlement that was reached voluntarily after full investigation, consultation with experienced legal counsel and arms-length negotiation.

Executive acknowledges that he has carefully reviewed the contents of this Agreement, understands its import and intent, including the restrictions on post-termination employment it imposes, and that he agrees to its terms without duress and in full and complete knowledge of its effect.
Understanding of Terms. (a) This Agreement is executed in Escambia County, State of Florida, and shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida, and the parties agree that any action relating to this agreement shall be instituted and prosecuted in the courts of the County of Escambia, State of Florida, and each party waives the right to change of venue. Further, it is mutually understood and agreed that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, both as to interpretation and performance.
Understanding of Terms. The Parties each hereby affirm and acknowledge that they have read this Agreement, that they know and understand its terms, and have signed it voluntarily and after having been advised by counsel. The Parties have had a full and unhindered opportunity to consult with their attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and such other consultants, as they may have desired prior to executing this Agreement.
Understanding of Terms. 20. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated herein, and all prior written agreements, understandings, representations, and statements are merged into this Agreement. Neither this Agreement nor any provisions hereof may be waived, modified, amended, discharged, or terminated except by an instrument in writing signed by all parties, except as provided under Article III Sections 3.1 and 3.2 above. This Agreement shall not be assignable by either party without the express prior written consent of the other party hereto. Any attempt at assignment without consent shall be void and of no effect.
Understanding of Terms. The Executive acknowledges that the Executive has read this Agreement completely, has consulted with or had the opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel of his own choice and has been advised to do so by the Company, and fully understands the terms, nature and effect of this Agreement, which the Executive voluntarily executes in good faith. The Executive acknowledges that the Executive has not relied on any representations, promises, or agreements of any kind made to the Executive in connection with the Executive’s decision to accept this Agreement, except for those set forth in this Agreement.

By signing below, Xxxxxx acknowledges that Parent understands the terms of this Contract, Xxxxxx’s obligation to pay the full year’s tuition even if the Student is withdrawn or dismissed, the Parent’s option to terminate and all other obligations set forth herein.
