Common use of Unearned Premiums Clause in Contracts

Unearned Premiums. Upon expiration of the Term of this Lease, the unearned premiums upon any insurance policies or certificates thereof lodged with Landlord by Tenant shall, provided that Tenant has complied with all of the terms and conditions of Article XIII herein, as applicable, be payable to Tenant, provided that Tenant shall not then be in default in keeping, observing or performing the terms and conditions of this Lease.

Unearned Premiums. Upon expiration of the Term term of this Lease, the unearned premiums upon any insurance policies or certificates thereof lodged with Landlord by Tenant shall, provided that Tenant has complied with all of subject to the terms and conditions provisions of Article XIII herein, as applicablehereof, be payable to Tenant, provided that Tenant shall not then be in default in keeping, observing or performing the terms and conditions an Event of this LeaseDefault.
