Common use of Uniform and Vehicle Identification Clause in Contracts

Uniform and Vehicle Identification. Pest Control personnel working under this Contract shall report to work in uniforms provided by the Contractor. The uniform shall clearly identify the employee as working for the Contractor. Uniforms will meet all applicable local, state, and Federal Standards. All vehicles will be clearly identified with the Contractor name. Contractor shall be responsible for all associated costs.
