UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT. 21.1 Uniforms‌ The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will continue its current practices regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms and specialized clothing and footwear. Substantive changes (such as color, style, etc.) to current employer-required uniforms will be discussed at a Union Management Communication Committee (UMCC) meeting.
