UNINTERRUPTED INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES. The Employer and the Federation agree that disputes which may arise between them will be settled without resort to strike or lockout. The Employer agrees it will not lock out any or all of its members during the term of this Agreement, and the Federation agrees on behalf of itself and its membership that there will be no strike or slowdowns during the term of this Agreement.
