Common use of Union Agreement; Employees Clause in Contracts

Union Agreement; Employees. As of the Closing Date, (a) neither Seller nor any Affiliate thereof has any employees who will have any right to employment by or, to the Knowledge of Eldorado, claim against Buyer, (b) neither Seller nor any affiliate thereof is a party to or bound by any collective bargaining agreement or other agreement with any labor organization that gives rise to any claims against Buyer and (c) there are no outstanding claims against Seller under any collective bargaining agreement or other agreement with a labor organization to which Seller is a party which relates to the Property.
