Seller is not a party to any formal or informal collective bargaining agreement or any other written employment agreement, nor is Seller a party to any other contract or understanding (oral or written) that contains any severance pay liabilities or obligations, except for accrued, unused vacation pay or accrued and unused sick leave pay.
