UNION DUE. Union dues, initiation fees, and other assessments of Dispatchers covered by this Agreement shall be deducted each month from the wages of each Dispatcher who has signed an authorization form provided by the Union and presented to the City Treasurer in accordance with the provisions of Sections 17A and 17G of Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws as amended. Telecommunications Specialists may join the Union within 30 days of hire, or when the Telecommunications Specialists becomes eligible for the bargaining unit in accordance with Section 2 of this Article and Article 1, Section 1 "Recognition."

UNION DUE. 5.1 During the term of this Agreement the Corporation agrees to deduct one and sixty-six percent (1.66%) of the basic salary paid.
UNION DUE. During the term of this Agreement, the Corporation agrees to deduct one-point eight-five percent (1.85%) of total compensation. Amendments to the percentage rate of deductions may be made by the Union by advising the Corporation by registered mail at least two (2) calendar months prior to the effective date of such amendments. Collective agreement April The said deductions shall be remitted by the Corporation to the Syndicat des et du réseau français by cheque payable, in Canada, and addressed to the nominee of the President of the Union, not later than fifteen (15) calendar days following the end of the last full pay period for which deductions have been made in the calendar month. The Corporation will at the same time, and for the pay periods referred to in paragraph forward to the Union a statement showing the names of all those in respect of whom deductions have been made and the respective amounts deducted. A similar statement showing the cumulative totals for each employee who was in the bargaining unit during the preceding calendar year shall be forwarded to the Union no later than six (6) weeks from the last pay period in the calendar year.   • Union Dues As a condition of employment, the Hospital will deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement an amount equal to the regular monthly union dues designated by the Union. Such dues shall be deducted from the first pay of each month for full-time employees, and may be deducted from every pay for part-time employees. In the case of newly hired employees, such deductions shall commence in the month following their date of hire. The amount of the regular monthly dues shall be those authorized by the Union and the Union shall notify the Hospital of any changes therein and such notification shall be the Hospital's conclusive authority to make the deductions specified. In consideration of the deducting of union dues by the Hospital, the Union agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Hospital against any claims or liabilities arising or resulting from the operation of this Article. Dues deducted by the 15th of the month shall be remitted monthly to the Union, no later than the end of the month in which the dues were deducted.

  • CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES (a) The Employer shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the wages or salary of each employee in the bargaining unit, whether or not the employee is a member of the Union, the amount of the regular dues payable to the Union by a member of the Union.

  • Union Dues Deduction The Company will deduct union dues from new employees who have worked a minimum of forty (40) hours.
