Union Recognition/Bargaining Unit Description. The Bargaining Unit shall comprise all employees included in the bargaining unit as described in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority issued by the Industrial Relations Council. The College recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all such employees.
