UNION REPRESENTATIVES AND SHOP STEWARDS. A single Union Representative will be permitted to visit the facility to ascertain that the provisions of this Agreement are being observed and to confer with employees covered by this Agreement during their non-work time and in non-work areas. Such visits shall not interfere with the operation of the nursing home or the performance of the employees’ duties. Any contact between the Union Representative and on-duty employees shall be limited to common pleasantries. Immediately upon entering the facility, the Union Representative shall inform the manager in charge of his/her presence at the facility. The manager in charge may be the Administrator, Director of Nursing, house supervisor or other senior manager on duty. Upon request of the Union, the Employer will consider the appointment of a second (2nd) official representative for a limited period of time and for a specified purpose. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied. The second (2nd) representative, if approved, must follow the same rules and limitations set forth in this Section. The Union will furnish the name(s) of any Union Representative who will visit the facility to the Employer. Union Representatives will behave in a respectful and professional manner while inside the facility. A Union Representative who severely disrupts the operation of the facility may be asked to leave at the discretion of the Employer. The Union Representative shall immediately comply. Any resulting dispute may be sent to mediation before the FMCS upon request of either party, provided, however, that the parties have scheduled and held a meeting to determine, if possible, the conditions under which the Union Representative may return to the facility. Such a meeting shall not be unreasonably delayed. In the event such meeting is unsuccessful, the Union may appoint an alternate official representative during the period the primary representative is not permitted in the facility. The Union may designate one shop xxxxxxx per fifteen (15) bargaining unit members (rounded up) for the purposes of administering the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including receiving and processing grievances. The Union will provide the names of duly authorized Shop Stewards to the Employer upon request as well as upon any changes thereto. UNION REPRESENTATIVES AND SHOP STEWARDS. The Business Representatives of the Union shall be permitted on all jobs, but will in no way interfere with the men during working hours unless permission is granted by the Employer or his Representative.

Union Representatives: Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to enter the County facilities for the purpose of administering this Agreement subject to any applicable Department of Aviation and/or state or federal regulations and the following conditions: a. Such representatives shall notify the Supervisor or its designee at the time of such visit. b. Such visits shall not be conducted if the visit interferes with Airport security, or other critical operations. c. Representatives’ access rights shall be subject to those Airport rules which are applicable to other non-employees.

It is understood that should the Hospital require the use of the space referred to in this article, it will provide the Union forty-five (45) calendar days' notice in writing, and the Hospital shall provide the Union with alternate accommodation, providing space is available. 7.03 The Hospital shall provide bulletin boards with clear, locking doors for the use of the Union at the following locations: 1. Locker Room Hallway, and 2. Outside the Hospital Union Office, and

  • Union Representatives Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.

  • UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS 30.01 Duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Co-operative for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. 30.02 The interview of an employee by a Union Representative shall be permitted, after notifying the General Manager or their designated representative, and shall be: (a) carried on in a place within the Co-operative's premises designated by management; (b) held whenever possible during the lunch period; however, if this is not practical; (c) held during the regular working hours; time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Co-operative time unless with the approval of management; (d) held at such times as will not interfere with service to the public.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Visits by Union Representatives 9 The County agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of 10 State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether local Union representatives, 11 Staff Representatives, or International representatives, upon reasonable and proper 12 introduction, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time 13 during working hours to conduct Union business. The Union agrees that such visits will 14 cause no disruptions or interruptions of work.

  • Contractor’s Representative Contractor hereby designates [***INSERT NAME OR TITLE***], or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Contractor’s Representative”). Contractor’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Contractor for all purposes under this Agreement. The Contractor’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Services, using his best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.

  • Construction Representatives Landlord hereby appoints the following person(s) as Landlord's representative ("Landlord's Representative") to act for Landlord in all matters covered by this Tenant Improvement Agreement: Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx. Tenant hereby appoints the following person(s) as Tenant's representative ("Tenant's Representative") to act for Tenant in all matters covered by this Tenant Improvement Agreement: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. All communications with respect to the matters covered by this Tenant Improvement Agreement are to made to Landlord's Representative or Tenant's Representative, as the case may be, in writing in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease.   • Association Representatives Authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on and with school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.

  • List of Union Representatives The Union agrees to provide and maintain an up-to-date list of all Union Representatives (including Union Stewards, Union Executive, Grievance Committee, Labour/Management Committee and Negotiating Committee) to the Director of Human Resources or designate.
