Common use of UNION SAVINGS PLAN Clause in Contracts

UNION SAVINGS PLAN. The Company agrees to provide payroll deduction for employees who enrol in and contribute to the Steelworker District 3 Savings Plan. At the beginning of each calendar year, the employee shall authorize the Company in writing as to a fixed dollar amount to be deducted from the last pay period of the month and forwarded to the Plan. Such authorization shall be irrevocable until the end of the calendar year. Deductions will be forwarded to the Plan by the fifteenth of the month following the deduction.
