Union's Right to Appoint Members. The Union shall have the right to appoint members to the various Joint Employee/Employer Health and Safety Committees on the following basis: one (1) member of the main Joint Health and Safety Committee; one-sixth (1/6) of the members of the Fine Arts/Sciences Sub-Committee; and one-sixth (1/6) of the members of the Faculty/Staff Sub-Committee.
